MEGS character generation
As of the date of this post, I am allowing 1750 points to be used for character generation. Using the DC heroes character generator software generator.
I am allowing well rounded characters and will not allow point exploitaton. If you have good story or explanation for having a 22 strength and 1's in everything else, we will talk on a case by case basis.
Before the character is allowed it needs to be submitted to me for approval.

Rule Set to use for Generation in DC Maker
Nature and Demeanor.
Nature is fundamentally what you character is. What drives you.
Demeanor is what someone might sense about you in a few moments of conversation or observation.
For instance;
Your demeanor might be a Gallant and you might come off as brave and strong while your nature is really a Follower where you are always looking for approval.
Natures and Demeanors
I also would like you all to decide whether you character is average appearance, ugly, or above average

Pardon me, but a lot of the powers in this rule set don't seem to be listed in the Blood of Heroes:Special Edition.

Yes, that rule set is modified for a few games to fit into it. Just use the powers you know, from BoH and you'll be safe. I just wanted to make sure you used the ruleset since I modified some of the base costs for some common things.

Re: MEGS character generation
I'm a rules lawyer, I don't do SAFE character generation. Besides,my character concept REQUIRES some of those Powers.
My namesake character, Southern Cross, was recreated by an alien mad scientist in an attempt to make a Superman-type being. However he escaped when he discovered he had developed powers outside what was intended- one of them being the ability to cross dimensional barriers!
( And as a prototype, he's not as powerful as Superman- but he's got some Powers Superman doesn't have.)

Re: MEGS character generation
Armor, Galatea, Red Samaritan, and Southern Cross; please do one more thing for me.
For the purposes of helping me decide bonuses for ROLE playing and great posts, I would like you to decide on two things for your character.
Nature and Demeanor.
Nature is fundamentally what you character is. What drives you.
Demeanor is what someone might sense about you in a few moments of conversation or observation.
For instance;
Your demeanor might be a Gallant and you might come off as brave and strong while your nature is really a Follower where you are always looking for approval.
See the attached list on the top post.
I also would like you all to decide whether you character is average appearance, ugly, or above average.

Re: MEGS character generation
I also use 4 different stats, call them sub-stats, that MEGS does not really use. I addapted these over from the game from WW called Aberrant.
The stats are Manipulation (getting people to do what you say or shift their thought patterns), Appearance (raw looks), and Charisma (seduction, charm, first impressions), which are all social stats that someone could notice by talking to or seeing you. They are all derived.
The other stat is Perception which I think as being based heavily on intelligence is unbalanced. I made it its own stat and is at first derived from Intelligence but is not linked.
