Southern Cross decides to register with the authorities. He claims that his powers involve limited gravity control,enabling him to fly,project a personal force field and amplify his strength. He also mentions that his eyes can project ultraviolet laser beams.

Dr. Chronos
Real Name: John Donaldson
Income Source: Owner of "Temporal Solutions", a small business which does medical things for baselines.
Powers: Enhanced Intellect mostly for things medicine, a few enhanced senses mostly about the same. Temporal Awareness and manipulation.

Doc's file is vague about what exactly his temporal powers mean in practice, 'speeding it up, slowing it down, and always knowing exactly what time it is' were considerably less interesting than his other abilities.

Doc was friendly during questioning and answered all questions at length, sometimes excessively so. Doc was amazingly good at talking shop with (i.e. diverting) the testers (who were mostly doctors and or scientists).

Background: There is nothing known about Chronos previous to him stepping forward for testing and registration. He claims his pre-meta life was very very minor... apparently he was intellectuality challenged and doesn't have much to remember from his previous existence. He has the skills of a medical doctor via a gift of his going meta and not the result of training. He is in the process of gaining a medical license.

Armor has decided against registering at present, but has sent in an explanation that while he dresses up like a superhero -- bulky wraparound black hooded cloak over a silver bodystocking with black briefs and black boots -- he's just a hardworking guy plugging away on behalf of humankind, and thus has no powers to register; he's simply an athletic private citizen relying on mundane research skills.

Crumble
Real Name: Joe Crumb
Income Source: Employee of Temporal Solutions
Powers: Low level enhanced strength, enhanced reflexes, speed, and the ability to make matter 'crumble' into non-existence with a touch. He refused to demonstrate his powers on any test animals but it's assumed they'd crumble too.

Background: There is nothing known about Crumble previous to him stepping forward for registration. There are no missing persons (or metas with his powers) matching his description and he refuses to answer questions about his pre-meta existence.

Costume: Varies but a Star Trek Red Shirt with mirrored glasses is reasonably standard for 'formal superheroing'. Joe often wears casual clothing (which he fits well with his mega-appearance). He's not totally opposed to wearing suits and doesn't consider himself to be an adventurer nor need costuming.


(Doc doesn't use a costume and is never seen outside of a business suit, sometimes without a tie.)
